Course Title:

National Service Training Program – Civic Welfare Training Service 2

Course Description:

This course is a continuation of CWTS 1, focusing on the application of civic welfare concepts through community immersion, project implementation, and service learning. Students actively participate in community-based activities that promote health, education, environment, safety, and social responsibility.


Course Objectives:

By the end of the course, students should be able to:

  1. Apply civic welfare principles in real community settings
  2. Plan and implement community service projects
  3. Demonstrate leadership and teamwork
  4. Promote environmental awareness and public health
  5. Develop a sense of nationalism and social responsibility

Module 1: Orientation & Review

  • Overview of CWTS 1 concepts
  • NSTP goals and values
  • Roles and responsibilities of students

Module 2: Community Profiling

  • Identifying community needs
  • Data gathering (survey, observation, interview)
  • Social issues analysis

Module 3: Project Planning

  • Setting goals and objectives
  • Action plan development

Module 4: Community Immersion

  • Exposure to selected communities

Module 5: Project Implementation
