This course aims to provide learning about the application of management to ensure effective and efficient utilization of human resources in achieving organizational goals and objectives. In this course operative functions of human resource management such as HR planning job analysis, recruitment, selection, placement, training and development, performance appraisal, employee retention, compensation, and employee relations, labor relations, HR maintenance, and Human Resource Information System will be incorporated.

PRINCIPLES OF PUBLIC AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS

This course extends students' knowledge, skills, training, and attitudes to develop their public and customer relations skills effectively by establishing goodwill and maintaining mutual understanding between the organization and its stakeholders. It also provides insight into the theories and foundations of conveying the organization’s goals at the right time, in the right place, and to the right audience, thereby enhancing the administrative professionals’ management skills and abilities of dealing and communicating effectively with the organization’s stakeholders. With the proliferation of tools and technologies, we can measure the value of effects and their alignment with a business's overall mission. 

Principles of Public and Customer Relations

Customer support is critical function in any business that wants to retain its customers and maintain a good reputation in the market. This course is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and support. By introducing the importance of customer support and its role in building and maintaining customer loyalty. Students will learn about the different types of customers and their needs, and how to communicate effectively with them. The course will also cover various customer support channels, including phone, email, chat and social media, and how to manage and prioritize customer inquiries and complaints. Students will learn about different customer support tools and technologies and how to use them to provide fast and efficient customer service.

The course deals with the nature of mathematics, appreciation of its practical, intellectual and aesthetic dimensions, and application of mathematical tools in daily life. The course begins with an introduction to the nature of mathematics as an exploration of patterns (in nature and environment) and as an application of inductive and deductive reasoning. By exploring these topics, students are encouraged to go beyond the typical understanding of mathematics as merely a set of formulas but as a source of aesthetics in patterns of nature, for example, a rich language in itself (and of science) governed by logic and reasoning.
