[Focus]  At the end of the semester, students should be able to enumerate and identify entrepreneurial traits, behaviors and competencies. During the course, the students will be able to perform self-assessment to determine their level of predisposition to entrepreneurs. This course will also include personal entrepreneurial competencies, management styles, business ethics, responsibilities and duties of an entrepreneur.

[Output] Completed self-assessment instrument, with analysis of personal traits and competencies, and evaluation of suitability for entrepreneurship.  

[Modality] The course is delivered through a combination of strategically designed face-to-face and online (synchronous and asynchronous)  sessions.
