Purposive Communkation is a thræ-unit course that develops students’ communicative competence and enhanœs their cultural and intercultural awareness through multimodal tasks that /xovide them opportunities for cownunicating effectîvely and appropriately to a multicultural auöenœ in a local w global context with focus on the effective use of the English Language, the world's Lingua Franœ. lt equ s students with tools for cñtical evakiation of a variety of texts æd fo‹xises on the power of language and the impact of imagœ to emphasize the knportanœ of conveying message responsibly.
