This Instructional Material gives a basic background on computer and in general, this instructional material is all about Programming Language that focuses specifically to C language.  C language is a general-purpose programming language which features economy of expression, modern control flow and data structures and a rich set of operations. It has been called as “system programming language” because it is useful for writing compilers and operating systems.  Also it is a structured programming language. It is considered a high- level language because it allows the programmers to concentrate on the problems at hand.
