This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the principles and applications of electronic circuits. Students will gain a solid foundation in understanding the behavior and analysis of electronic circuits used in various applications, from consumer electronics to advanced communications systems. The course covers both theoretical concepts and practical aspects, focusing on fundamental electronic components, circuit analysis techniques, and design methodologies. Topics include semiconductor devices (diodes, transistors), basic circuit laws (Ohm's Law, Kirchhoff's Laws), circuit analysis methods (nodal analysis, mesh analysis), amplifiers, oscillators, and digital circuits. Emphasis is placed on problem-solving skills and hands-on experience through laboratory exercises and circuit simulations. By the end of the course, students will be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to analyze, design, and troubleshoot basic electronic circuits.
